Battery Compartment Design

 

1. The front end of the battery door features a semi-spherical groove in the pressing area, facilitating easy opening and battery removal.  The entire battery door is reinforced with a thickness of 2.2mm, with reinforcement ribs around the perimeter and two tension bars in the middle, making the battery door more robust.

2. The battery compartment is designed in a cross-shaped and stepped manner to securely hold lead-acid batteries, effectively preventing damage to the battery door caused by the inertia of the batteries during operation, thus enhancing user convenience

3. On the other side of the battery cover, a storage compartment shaped like a square with anti-collision ribs is designed to prevent external impacts from damaging the battery door and to store miscellaneous nozzles.

We have made revolutionary designs for the battery compartment based on the characteristics of lead-acid and lithium batteries.  This resolves the issue of accommodating both the large, heavy lead-acid batteries and the small, lightweight lithium batteries in the same compartment.

Simultaneously, we have addressed the challenges posed by the differing connection methods and market uses of the two types of batteries and machines, meeting the diverse needs of end customers and innovating a new type of multifunctional sprayer for the sprayer industry.

 

Base Design

 

The machine base is designed with partitioning to avoid the traditional industry problem of clustering the pump, battery, and control areas together, providing clear delineation of the pump area, battery area, and control module area.

Considering potential impacts leading to drops, the base is reinforced comprehensively, with numerous intersecting reinforcement ribs in areas prone to damage during use, making the entire base robust despite being divided into three major areas.  Multiple drainage outlets on the bottom plate reduce the risk of circuit short-circuiting or interruption caused by liquid entry.

 

Control Module and Quick Connection Method

 

IFOURNI's control module and quick connection method also feature new patents. This design facilitates end users in disassembling and replacing components after prolonged use without understanding complex structural connections.

The innovative control module design includes an intuitive battery level indicator, low and high battery level alarms for protection, speed control, power switch, and charging structure integration, ensuring ease of use with panel prompts and comprehensive waterproofing measures. End users can use the device with confidence.
