Quality Control Process of Manual Sprayers

1. Incoming Parts Inspection: For each batch of incoming parts, a random selection is taken for inspection. We procure parts in batches during the production process. Every batch of incoming parts undergoes random sampling and inspection. Non-compliant parts are rejected and not stored in our inventory. 

   
   

The components of the sprayer --tank, which is checked for color conformity, absence of burrs on the edges, and tank weight. The weight of the tank ensures its thickness meets the standard. Our 16C-1 sprayer's tank weighs 1.3kg, designed with a sturdy structure that can withstand the weight of an adult without deforming. It successfully passes a 1.2-meter drop test.

The Long Rocker: The Long Rocker is tested for angle and weight.

The Pump& Cylinder: The Pump& Cylinder undergoes airtightness and pressure testing exceeding 1.2Mpa. Our product can withstand pressures of up to 1.6Mpa.

The switch: The switch is tested for water resistance and utilizes a durable fluorine rubber ring.

The shoulder strap: The shoulder strap includes a sponge for enhanced comfort.

The Lance: The Lance is primarily tested for weight and surface smoothness, as well as checking for any deformations.

The hose: The hose is tested for pressure and flexibility.

Other components like the Tank Cover, measuring cup, nozzle, and filter mesh are also subjected to relevant tests. After all the components pass inspection, we ensure the overall product's reliability and quality.

2. Assembly and Final Inspection: After parts inspection, they are assembled, followed by a comprehensive product inspection. Some products undergo a 1.2-meter drop test. If you are interested in the drop test, we can provide you with test videos upon request.
